How to Enhance B Minus
Consider Pulsing
Dr. Ben Lynch recommends using certain dietary supplements based on your need for them. Start with a partial serving and increase slowly over time to the full serving, only if needed. When you start feeling good, consider reducing the serving size, skipping days, or pausing supplementation. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, chemical exposure, etc.), hence “pulsing.” Work with your qualified healthcare practitioner to determine what’s best for you.
Pairs Well With
Active B12 with L-5-MTHF, as B-Minus is free from these two important B vitamins.† Hydroxo B12 with Folinic Acid, for a methyl-free source of B12 and folate for those who are sensitive to methylated nutrients.† ProBiota 12, to support healthy gut microbiota. Gut microbes are known to produce B vitamins. Those with B vitamin deficiencies may experience health benefits from probiotic support.†
